High BP, Pain In Knee. Taking Knee Injection, Still Having Pain. Solution?
My blood pressure has always been normal up until aprox. 3 - 4 weeks ago. Now its high. I heard when you are in pain it will go up. I started having pain in my knee about 3 months ago. Had an x-ray, can not have a MRI because of an implant in my back. I have been having knee injections. Still have pain. Also, my pressure was actually normal yesterday but high again today. Do you need more info to go on. My doctor gave me a sheet to keep track of my pressure until my next appt.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The pain in the knee that you are having is likely to be due to degenerative osteoarthritic changes in the knee joint. Taking joint lubricant supplements will help in reducing the pain. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
