High ESR Count. Remedies And Side Effects?

Hi , myself Ajay Gautam from Delhi India, i have an query that my son Mast. Rishab having age 13.5 yrs have high ESR count i.e 60mm/lst hr. Can u please explain me how we can can control that nad what are the remedies of high count/? Request you to please tell me what are the side effects of high counts. Thanks, Ajay Gautam

ESR is a blood test, reflecting inflammation ongoing in the body. It cannot be interpreted in isolation. We would need more details about his health problems, and other blood test reports and x-ray of chest if he had one done.
