Hi,

I had done urine analysis and my RBC count is between 20-25. I had completed by menusaration cycle last week(1 week and 2 days). Is it because of that RBC count is high.

I did a ultra sound scan and no significant issues identifed. my Dr has asked me to repeat the same urine analysis week .

Hello,

Based on the RBC count in your urine it is hematuria.
Did you pass red coloured urine.
Any renal calculus, nephritis , drug reaction and Urinary tract infection may cause hematuria.
But you ultrasound showed normal study.
Repeat the urine analysis as per the advice of your doctor.
If still RBC are present in the urine than go for X ray KUB and higher investigations.
Consult an urologist.
