High Cholesterol Level, Breathlessness, Dry Cough. Chest Scan Ok. Chances Of Heart Stroke?

hey..i am 24 yrs old 5 6..80 kgs..this year january i had a cholestrol level 232..got a chest scan done ..found nothing wrong..now recently i have been having breathlessness while exercising(mild)..even during long walks...also having dry n persistent cough for 5 days...got my cholestrol checked has increased to 242...should i consult a doc n get chest scan done again?..are there chances of a heart stroke?..pls reply..feeling anxious about it..

i donot feel it is related to heart , i feel you might having respiratory tract infection which causing shortness of breath and dry cough ,
please consult your family physician and follow his advice .

and for future i would like to suggest you some life style modification
reduce your weight ,
eat healthy food
Take good quantity of fresh fruits, fresh green leafy vegetables, pulses, legumes, nuts like almond, wall nut, soybeans, lentils.
- Take whole grain food like brown bread, brown rice, whole wheat, oatmeal, popcorn, seafood like sea fish salmon, tuna, sardine, meat like chicken without skin, lean poultry etc.
- Avoid saturated food item like fried food, ghee, butter, red meat, organ meat like liver, kidney and seafood like prawns, crabs, egg yellow if you are non-vegetarian.
- avoid bakery items, fried food, sweets, and ice cream.
- Take low fat dairy foods like skimmed milk, low fat yogurt, and low fat cheese.
-regular walking
will help you in controlling your high cholesterol level
