High Leucocyte Count & RBC In Vaginal Swab Culture At The Age Of 45.

What does a high leucocyte count (6-8 hpf) and a high RBC (2-4hpf) mean in a high vaginal swab culture? I am 45 years old and never had any medical problems other than high cholosterol.

It looks like there is some sort of infection in your genital tract which could account for the rbc and wbc in your vaginal swab culture consult gynaecologist!
