High Pulse Rate While Resting, Lying Down, Mild Pain. Cause Of Worry?

So I ve been noticing that when I m resting or laying down my heart feels like its beating very hard and slightly faster I was worried and started to look fir some sort if pattern.... none it goes away when I seem to ignore it and there s no common pain once in a while I notice a little pain not very bad though ...should I be worried

Yes,you must report to a Cardiologist and get one ECG to rule out any arrhythmia.You may need to under go Holtor Monitoring to assess precise events.
