Hip Cracked, Movement Gives Pain In Leg And Lower Back. What It Is? What To Do?
I was doing the splits (right foot in front) and i can usually do them no problem but this time my right hip cracked and there was immediate pain under by butt and still a sort of aching there and movement causes a pain to go down my leg and a little in to my lower back on the right side.Do you now what this could be and what i should do for it?

THERE might muscle partial tear or ligament injury
is there any swelling or redness on affected area
are you able to do hip movments properly
you will need X RAY HIP AND MRI HIP
mean while take rest
ice packs ,
physio - SWD USG TENS
