Hip Pain After A Long Drive. Prescribed Diclofenac For Arthritis

I first started with hip pain after a long car drive. That went away and I then noticed it , moderate pain when I leaned over a short iron shot when playing golf. I fought thru that pain. After a while the pain increased to the point where I would estimate it to be a 9 1/2 on a scale of 10. I stopped playing golf and thinking it was pain caused be a spine problem was checked out by a spine specialist. Had and MRI, x Ray and physical exam. The judgement was that my spine was good, but I had arthritis in the right hip area. Was prescribed Diclofenac Sod Dr 75 mg. A new pain in the same area as the original has now started when I walk. I am a healthy person, but this is getting me down. Can you help?
