Hip Pain Radiating To Groin, Knee Swelling. Done Physiotherapy

I started with terrible hip pain rt. leg at the back and into the groin , caused my whole rt. leg to ache settling in my knee causing some swelling , took physio with some relief now left knee has swelling and is sore, walking makes things worse, left hip can get very sore in front part of hip with walking to point of having to sit down.
