Hirsutism, High Testosterone, Cortisol Low. Will Yamini Cause Infertility?
hi! Doc, Am 28 years old UNMARRIED Female, suffring from hirsutism , after undergoing various tests my testostrone level was on higher side 1.45 and serum morning cortisol levels are low 0.85, all other tests are normal( LH, FSH ,PROLACTIN,TSH,17 OHP) I have been suggested YAMINI pill, I wish to know how safe is this pill, since its an oral contraceptive pill, would it cause infertility in the long run?

Hi hirsutism is due to hormonal imbalance.in ur condition it is due to high testosterone and low cortisol levels.yes yamini pill cures hirsutism but causes infertility.but inferility caused by it is reversable.use eflora cream can be also used to decrease hirsutism
