I pee little by little . sometimes the tip of my penis itch and it feels like a little shock is pass in my penis. When I stay on the toilet and pee it have a little sensation of burn. I also use the toilet frequently .
You mentioned that you had chlamydia infection and have undergone treatment for it. However the symptoms that you mention suggest the following two things: 1. Urinary infection. 2. Stricture in the urinary passage. I suggest that you consult your doctor and get a urine analysis done to rule out urinary infection. If there is no infection and the problem persists then the doctor shall get specialized investigations to rule out stricture formation.
I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.
Wishing you all the best.
