History Of Ectopic Pregnancy. Longer Periods, Painful, Bloating

I have previously had an ectopic pregnancy. Have been off the pill for a year now, and my menstrual cycles are becoming longer each month. Very painful and bloating throughout most of the month with no abnormal odor. Started my period yesterday on day 45 of my cycle. Blood is extremely watery and light red. Experienced this same type of period the last time this ovary ovulated, as well.

Hi and welcome to HCM.
It sems like there is some hormonal imbalance which causes abnormal bleeding,YOu should do hormone blood levels and pelvic ultrasounds to evaluate is there any ovarian pathology. Period problems can be treated by hormonal therapy but you should know the exact cause for right treatment. ALso if you have light blood there might be blood clotting disorders so also do prothrombine time and clooting factors tests just to be sure. WIsh you good health.
