History Of Epigatric Issues, Had Dueodenal Ulcer, Treated, Occasional Twitching In Epigastric Area.

Hello, I have a long history (35 yrs) of epigatric issues. I had a dueodenal ulcer at 8 yrs old which was treated. I had a endoscopy 3 yrs ago and found that I had H Pyloris (likely for many many years), again treated and the symptoms/pain i had for most of my life were gone. I had symptomatic gallstones so at the same time had a lap cholecystectomy , again symptoms/pain relieved. All good....now within the last 1 1/2 year I have occaional twitching in my epigastric area. To the extent that when Im lying down I can see it jump and quiver. I have no pain just that strange twitch. Could this muscle twitch be from the lap surgery or is this something i should look into? Thanks
