History Of Fibromyalgia, High BP, Cervical Stenosis, Severe Carpal Tunnel, Chronic Pain. Could It Be Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hi, I am a 46 year old female with a history of fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, cervical stenosis, severe carpal tunnel. I have chronic pain. I had blood work come back with a RA Latex turbid of 46.0 H IU/mL, way above normal range...I am scheduled to see a rheumatologist in a few weeks....Could this definitely be rheumatoid arthritis?? Could this be a negative/positive result? Could this be something else?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I doubtful this may not be rheumatic arthritis, but seems separate etiology for each conditions and these are not related with each others, you have to treat them accordingly or separately, such symptoms mostly aggravates with the functional elements, like anxiety depression stress, so you have to stay away from these, have nice day.
