History Of Miscarriage. Light Periods, Low Progesterone Level. Brown Spotting. Negative Pregnancy Test. Problem?

Hi, I had a miscarriage in march 2013. Since then my periods have been very light. Lasting a couple of days. I had my doc checked my progesterone (cd21) it was less then 5. So she put me on progesterone suppositories. I have been taking it for 2 cycles. When s period is due all I have is brown spotting for 2 days. Negative preg. Test. What could be the problem?

Dear friend as long as the dates are regular nothing much to worry. But now when you are on progesterone supplementation, what you are seeing is withdrawl bleeding , it is not a natural cycle so need not worry. Low Progesterone might mean low ovarian reserve. Regards!
