Hello,
Although elevated levels of CA 125 can be found in many non cancerous conditions like endometriosis, cirrhosis, diabetes, many ovary conditions etc but a high level of CA 125 in a known treated case of ovarian cancer raises suspicion of recurrence of cancer.
You must consult the treating doctor regarding this.
Elevation of CA125 has no connection with kidney stones.
Thanks
