History Of Reactive Arthritis In Legs And Heart Area. Have Leg Pain, Calf Pain, Thigh Pain. Taking Diuretic. Suggestions?

Had reactive arthritis in Oct 2012. Only in legs and heart area. Seems to get over it but now have pretty consistent leg bone pain, both in mid to lower back calf and in back of thigh of one leg only. Radiates sharp to dull pain from morning to night. Seems to be coming directly from bone and there is little relief from anti inflammatory products. On a diuretic since diagnosis with reactive arthritis which helps a little. Any suggestions.?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pains that you are having are likely to be due to an inflammatory cause. Taking diuretics will not help you much. You need stronger pain killers and anti inflammatory medicines.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
