History Of Scoliosis In Back And Neck. Have Joint Pain, Dizziness, Tingling, Migraine. Cause?

I'm 22 years old and weight between 125-130. I've was diagnosed with scholiosis in my back and neck when I was 16 and have alway had chronic pain in both back and neck and now the pain is severe and about 2 weeks ago I all of a sudden started having pains in almost every joint in my body, hot flashes, dizziness, light headed, weak, tingling and/or numb feeling, tension or stress migraine headaches that will last 2-3 days straight, fatigue, no energy at all, trouble sleeping, very sharp shooting pains from top of left wrist up to elbow and down to fingers and if bent forward it looks like the arm bone next to bottom thumb bone is sticking out and the skin is sinking inward between the bones and looks kinda like a crater hole and will cause very sharp pains with a feeling of something pulling but if i bend it backward then it sends a tingling and numb feeling to my fingers and palm and to the bend of my elbow, I also have knots on my neck and base of head and neck on back left side which I've had for a couple years and it causes me chronic pain also. I have Stiffness in muscles (muscles feel completely stiff when I wake up), all this pain is so sever its made me lose my appetite and can't sleep at all and it prevents me from doing normal everyday things and very hard to just get out of bed in the mornings. I would love to know what's wrong with me and get a diagnosis and finally get help with it. I'm 22 but feel 88 and I've been stressing over all of it and trying to find help and find a diagnosis that I'm to my maximum stress level but my maximum pain level and tolerance went threw the roof way past my max. The only thing I know to do is cry and can't do that much cause it causes a migraine and if cry to hard makes my chest feel like a 500lb weight is sitting on it. So please will someone help me, give me advice or tell me what could be causing all this and what kinda dr. I need to go see.

Hi
Thank for choosing HCM, Scoliosis is a progressive kind of congenital, or secondary form of spinal cord disease, you have to be in touch with your surgeon for time to time assessment, neuromuscular disorder is more likely, symptomatic medicine helps some time, newer surgical procedure are there nowadays discus it with your DOCTOR,, have nice day.
