History Of Supination Due To Stroke. Foot Rolling Outwards. Any Orthotic Recommendations?

Hello... Back in 2011, I had a screw inserted into my left foot (bottom of heel into the foot. called fusion I believe) due to supination/tightness caused by a stroke that I suffered back in 1988. My ankle is now at a neutral position, the screw is still in my foot with some lingering discomfort. The top part of my food is still rolling outward. Is there an orthotic you could recommend to help with the upper part of my foot?
