Hit Ankle 4 Days Ago And Still Hurts. Should I See The Doctor ?

Hi, Im 28 yrs old and I hit my ankle hard on the lip of my coffee table 4 days ago and it still hurts. When I wake up, theres very little to no pain and as the day progresses, it starts hurting more. There is no swelling, and when I feel the bone, theres a little part dented in. Should I see the doc or keep icing/heating and elevating it ?

Hello there..
welcome to healthcare magic forum..
Since you have pain from past 4 days you might have fractured your bone( hairline fracture is common in ankle bones and it usually presents without swelling) .So you need a X ray to rule out any kind of fracture..So please consult a orthopedicain and discuss with him about further management.
Hope this helps.
take care..
