please consult neurosurgeon/neurologist soon
you need a thorough clinical examination and a ct scan of brain to rule out any haematoma

Hello, Welcome to Healthcaremagic!
It seems that due to fall, you suffered from some type of intracranial bleeding. Was there a loss of consciousness or an attack of fit? Many a times the blood clots becomes organized & cause a number of symptoms (known as chronic extradural or subdural haematomas). You should consult a neurosurgeon for a CT SCAN & proper treatment ASAP.
