Hit On The Head, Fractured Bone Under Eye Weeks Ago, Recently Feel Pressure In Head, Headaches, Dizziness. Alarming?

Hi. about 4 weeks ago I feel over and hit my head, hard enough to fracture the bone just under the eye. I ve recently felt like there s a pressure in my head and have suffered really bad headaches, absent moments where I completely zone out, dizziness , nausea and confusion, as well as occasional loss of hearing . Should I be worried??

yes, it is alarming .it may be SAH,SDH ,HEMORRHAGIC CONTUSION,you should investigated by ct scan or mri brain.
and check vision by opthalamologist.and consult nurologist or neurosurgeon
