Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Sonia Dhawan's Response
Hi,
First, increase your metabolism by working out, then start to improve your diet. Plus make sure you consult a dietician and don't do some self prescribed diets. Dieting to lose weight doesn't necessarily mean not eating food, rather eating stomach full of right food to improve metabolism.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Sonia Dhawan, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
