How Accurate Is A Fourth And Third Generation Elisa Test?

I was wondering what the accuracy of a 15 day fourth generation elisa test is and a third generation elisa test done at 21 days, both which have come back negative. Also, worth noting is that i feel like my throat is dry and is closing on me all the time. No fever, rash, swollen lymph nodes, etc... (at 29 days since exposure now) Encounter: Unprotected oral and protected sex, she may have rubbed her groin on mine but no penetration.

In My opinion you should stop worrying firstly. It is highly unlikely that you would have been infected through receiving oral sex. There is no evidence that HIV is transmitted this way, the primary reason being that saliva is not a fluid that transmits HIV. Furthermore, mouth ulcers are commonly experienced by people and are unlikely to be connected to the sexual encounter that you had. Get an HIV test at the 13 weeks mark just for a piece of mind. Take care as its the stress that has got you over .
