How Accurate Is An HIV Test 7 Weeks Post Exposure?

Hi I had sex with a guy in March (slightly forced) and 6-7 weeks after the event i took a test and it came back negative. Should I still take another test to be on the safe side? What are the chances of me not having HIV? How effective is the 6-7 week test?
