How Are Head Injuries And Lower Lip Spasms Treated ?

I bumped my head a few hours ago and hyperextended my neck and my nape cracked at the base of my head. I got a little light headed but only shortly. there is no persistent pain other than the small scrape on the top of my head that has also receded already. but just now my lower lip has been continually spasming, what should i do? should i worry? i took an ibuprofen to hopefully prevent any swelling or what not.

It would be advisable to get a Ct scan of the brain as well as of the cervical spine done. Once that rules out any injury you can go in for symptomatic treatment.
