How Can dislocated Joints Be Treated?

Hi, I was a semi professional martial artist in my teens, I have always had loose joints that dislocated. Now in my late thirties I have been dislocating multiple joints in a single day. Just a month ago it would be one joint dislocation a month or less. My diet, work, and physical activity have not changed in the last two months. I now wake up and my shoulders and or hips are out of socket. What can be causing this and how can I prevent it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It sounds more of hyper motility-related issue or loose connective tissue around joint sockets.

A detailed evaluation of the possible underlying connective tissue disorder must be done with an expert musculoskeletal specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
