How Can recurring Lower Back Pain Be Treated?

I have recurring back pain on my lower right side. It is so painful at times it makes me nauseous and it doesn t go away sitting, standing or laying down. I only get some relief after taking a pain reliever. It is a burning feeling. I have had no injuries.

hello.
I have read your message.
you will need to get examined by a neurologist.
there is Hugh likelihood that there is a nerve root compression that is bothering you.
The examination by a neurologist may help locate the area.
Possibly a MRI LS spine will be needed.
Once we know what is ailing you, a prescription and physiotherapy may be initiated.
Meanwhile you can try painkillers like tramadol.
Best of luck.
