Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There is not really a treatment for Barrett’s esophagus. It is a precancerous condition, so, it needs to be monitored with regular endoscopy.

It is hard to predict whether or not you will develop another nodule but be sure to get endoscopy regularly to monitor the Barrett's.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kathy Robinson
