How Can Crohn S Disease Along With Joint Ache Be Treated?

I have Crohns. Take 400 g x 6 per day. Tummy crumbles all the time, bloated, awful smell when I go to the loo. Joints sometime really sore I have to get up during the night for pain meds Still fin it really hard to know what to eat, and how to know if I ve got a flare up. N what to do. Do yoga twice a week and going through the menopause just now Thank you

- Dietary measures to prefer bland, vegan diet with avoidance of all spices, non veg, junk foods.
- Plenty of liquids for hydration.
- Probiotics for gut support.
- Analgesic as paracetamol works best for joint pain.
- Control of blood sugar, body weight.
- Regular walking, exercises, daily YOGA.
- Taking care of vitamin D3 and calcium deficiency pertaining to menopause.
