Can Crohn Disease Cause Sores On Vagina?

I am concerned as to what is wrong with my 17 yr old daughter. she has chrones disease and started taking birth control pills about 2 months ago. she is not yet sexually active and said that two small sore developed on the outside of her vagina about the time she started taking the pill. since then she said they have gotten very large and when she urinated and it goes on them they really burn. please tell me what it could be and what we can do
