How Can GERD Be Treated In Child Who Also Suffers From Severe Autism?

my son is 3yo and is dx with severe autism, febrile seizure disorder, has had bouts of various flus, colds, croup, GERD, and sensitivities to dairy.. this is only what we can label right now. Why when he is sick does he display severe feverish symptoms at only 35 degrees celsius, by the time the seizures begin he is at 37 degrees. Our regular routines often involve maintaining a cool climate so that he is comfortable even when not sick. I'm finding little to no answers online.

THANKS FOR YOUR QUERY.
I would like to assure you that there is nothing serious about it.
As your child is having GERD, it is common to get all these respiratory problems due to aspiration of refluxed content in to the lungs.
Febrile seizures has nothing to do with degree of temperature as you rightly said before you notice the temperature convulsions has already set in.
Generally febrile seizures will not last long more than 5 years of age.
You can ask your doctor about taking tab. junior lanzole for GERD, tab. frisium along with paracetamol for febrile seizures when there is fever.
Hope you have find the answer.
