How Can HIV Transmission Be Prevented?

Hi Doctor,
I had gone through HIV test in western blot method a week back and resulted Positive. I got married recently and I did not had sex with my wife without condom because of children plan. I love my wife very much and I don't want to loose her... Please suggest me is there any chances that I can have proper sex with her and have children... And I don't want to spread hiv to my wife... Please help.

hi sir

i feel your worry and i respect your feelings of that..but first you should be confirmed if have hiv or not thraugh pcr test ..if pcr test results less than 50 that means you are negative ..if results between 50 - 5000 you should repeat tests ..if results more than 5000 means you are positive..you should also begin antiviral therapy as soon as possible as if it taken early the results will be good
about your querry of transmission sexual contact and expose to blood thraugh percutanous injury is the main method..you want to have child but you should avoid any unprotected sex with your wife to protect her
the solution in your problem is thraugh in vitro fertilization (IVF) to avoid direct contact with your wife and avoid transmission of infection and that will help you alot
