How Can H.Pylori Infection Be Treated?

Hi I am a 60 year old woman I have been treated and i completed a triple anti biotic regimen for helicobacter phylori for two weeks which caused ulcerated mouth tongue and throat have 3 weeks to go before another stool test is done to see if it has been eradicated my urine still has a pungent smell and when i pass wind,still have original symptoms that i went to see my GP about bloated discomfort in upper abdomen, belching and nauseousness feeling full after eating small amounts and loss of appetite
waves of extreme tiredness
I wont to know would at this point would I be better to request an endoscopy to see what is going on the original symptoms I had had for 3 months and i dont know if i want to go through another wks of awful side effects from anti biotics i am alergic to penicilen and i also have fybro myalga

As per my clinical experience, the current symptoms are side effect of antibiotics given to cure the H. Pylori. I recommend to continue proton pump inhibitor, follow strict dietary measures to avoid all oil contents and be in regular follow up with your consultant for follow up endoscopy.
