How Can I Confirm If My Daughter Has Swallowed A Penny?

My fiance and I think our two yr old may have swallowed a penny.. She came from her rm and said she had done so... In a panic she put her finger in her mouth and vomited .... No penny. Gave her a bath she says nothing hurts she s breathing normally it just seems she was scared as well as we were... What do u recommend?
