How Can I Deal With Intermittent Pain In Hip And Groin Which Has Mild Bruising?

Hello, I have had intermittent pain in my right hip for a couple of months now. I have had a bone MRI and X-ray to rule out that kind of damage. I remember feeling a pop in the hip/groin when doing burpees and rested for 3-4 weeks, I have had a mild bruise that has not disappeared but no swelling. Pain is more severe when changing direction. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
Here the chances of nonspecific muscular pain is very likely and this can be best managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with acetaminophen three times in day and Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, try to maintain the good posture while sleeping, hope this helps.
