Hi, I went out with some old friends last night and stupidly got persuaded to take a line of meow (mkat) iv never done this before and it made me feel like I was having a panic attack, even though I feel more sober now I still keep getting racing heart and can t sleep , how do I flush this from my system, it s worrying me and if I d have known it was going to be like this I would never of had it : (
