How Can I Gain Weight After Child Birth ?

im 33 yrs female. i have 1&1/2 yrs old baby boy and after given birth to him i become very thin. now taking vitamins ,protins a lot but not able to gain weight.now my weight is 40 k.g. please guide me.

Your food and water intake is not adequate.
Remember that you are now breast feeding and require almost double portions of meals to make up.
Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and drink lots of milk to make up.
Water intake should be at least 3 litres per day.
Also, take some time off to have personal space. Ask your husband or in-laws or parents to give you some time off for yourself so that you can also mentally relax.
