How Can I Get Cured Having Dislocated Knee Patella And Knee Joint And On Physiotherapy?

I am a 39 years old man. I dislocated my knee patella and knee joint on 19th October,2013 during football match. my leg was put in plaster of Paris for 6 weeks. I walk using clutches up to now. I have managed to bend my knee to 90 degrees. I would like to bend it to 20 degrees or but it is stiff. Undergoing physiotherapy at a hospital to activate atrophied quadriceps. please help.

If the injury being healed then physiotherapy is the only option which can correct the problem, and may take still few weeks but if the injury not healed properly or non-union then it has to be questioned, take care have nice day.
