cracking of corner mouth The corner of my mouth cracks due to dry weather and salivation during sleep . I ve used different creams, oils and ointments still no progress. What can I do

Cracking of corner of the mouth....called....Angular cheilitis (also called perlècche., cheilos.,
or angular stomatitis) is an inflammatory lesion at the labial commissure..,
or corner of the mouth, and often occurs bilaterally...,
The condition manifests as deep cracks or splits...,
In severe cases, the splits can bleed ..,
when the mouth is opened and shallow ulcers or a crust may form...,
caused by..fungus..candida albicans, Riboflavin,Iron deficiency Anemia, malnutrtion.,
Zn deficiency, Anorexia nervosa..,
TREATMENT...
1) Treat the cause..,For fungus
Tab..Fluconazole 150 mg weekly once for 6 weeks.,
Application of Miconazole with gentamycin cream..,
2) For iron def.....Cap Rarecap daily...
3) Tab Riboflavin 3 times daily for 1 month..,
4) Vit B complex with Zn....ZEEVIT....SKF company daily.,

You are having Angular stomatitis.
Take B.Complex and folic acid medicines.
Apply Gention violet or antibiotic cream.
