Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Pericoronitis that is inflammation of gum flap over and around the wisdom tooth and it is caused secondary to infection..
Stomatitis is commonly seen secondary to throat infection and tonsillitis and you need not to worry as both conditions will be resolved gradually.
For both tonsillitis and pericoronitis some common remedies include:
Take antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Naproxen or Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles..
Take a soft diet and maintain a good oral hygiene, do antimicrobial mouthwash gargles..
Keep the area between the wisdom tooth and gum flap clean..
Gargle with warm saline after meals.
In case of soreness in mouth do gargles with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
As many a times inflammation of tonsils is seen secondary to pericoronitis, so in case if the swollen gum flap does not resolve consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can take an x ray and rule out that whether tooth is impacted or not and accordingly treatment can be done as if tooth is impacted extraction can be done and if not impacted removal of gum flap can relieve the symptoms permanently..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
