i am 21, have some light dark spots around eyes and lips,how cud i get rid off? And i want my rhinoplasty ,how mch it will cost in delhi or in wch hospital of delhi?

due to malfunctioning of liver.so i would suggest to do liver function test and with reports consult a dermatologist for expert opinion.
