Hi,
There are several treatment regimes for elephantiasis, for example surgical, antibiotics or other medication like albendazole or diethylcarbamazine.
It spreads through mosquitoes, so I recommend you use mosquito nets and other insect repellents to keep your home as free of mosquitoes as possible.
The duration of the treatment will vary according to the type of treatment chosen.
Sadly I cant say with certainty whether or not the operations will get processed or not.
