How Can I Help The Child To Stop Vomiting As The Doctor Says The Child Is Normal?

hi, my child is vomiting from wednesday afternoon last week and she can not keep anything in her body but on Sunday my friend found her playing with toilet water and she was wet on her head and I'm thinking that she swallowed some water. I went to hospital but they said that they can not see anything causing her to vomit. That can i do? I really need your hep

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
As the doctors in the hospital declared that there is no organic cause, the vomiting may be due to swallowing soiled water,
This will pass off in due course.
But for temporary relief you may give some anti emetic either orally or parenteraly depending upon the seriousness.
ORS solution may be given to prevent dehydration.
If vomiting is severe and continuous IV fluids may be given.
