I work out 5 days a week (M-F). I eat around 2,000 calories - 2200 a day. I am a 42 male, 220 lbs., and for the life of me, cannot lose another pound. I ve been working out and eating this way for over a year. I lift weights MWF, Plyometric Cardio TTH, and run after lifting MWF about five. Can you help me lose 20 lbs? Thank you.

Please.follow these guidelines don't skip the meal have small and frequent food like 3 large meals and 3 snacks in between try to avoid smoking and alcohol avoid fatty fried and junk food or carbonated drinks have more of fruits and vegetables abdominal exercises like yoga and cardio which will boost your metabolism
