I got a one question I don't know how much I weight right now but can. but is there some way the I can lose my height..I was 5,9 in high school I when I was in the 12th grade and now I don't know how tall am I and afraid to know I'm not 5'10 don't want to know the next thing I wonder dose its got some thing to do with my weight because I was like this until I gain a lot of pound

You can not increase or decrease your height, this is not possible, of course this is possible for weight you can increase it or decrease it but not for height, hope this information helps you take care have nice day.
