hello ok i am 15 years old and i weight 133 and i am 5 0 feet tall. i tried all the deitng thing but every time i did i keep gainig weight. i cant go exercising because i gtta babysite my little brother but i tried my best dancing at home. i even bought a scale.now i am thinking about try a weightloss pill .pliz i want your advice what should i do i want to lose 19 ponuds in a month using pill and eating salad before school starts.:)
