How Can I Lose Weight? Try Weight Loss Pill?

hello ok i am 15 years old and i weight 133 and i am 5 0 feet tall. i tried all the deitng thing but every time i did i keep gainig weight. i cant go exercising because i gtta babysite my little brother but i tried my best dancing at home. i even bought a scale.now i am thinking about try a weightloss pill .pliz i want your advice what should i do i want to lose 19 ponuds in a month using pill and eating salad before school starts.:)

Your weight of 133 pounds for a height of 5 feet is slightly high. Your Body Mass Index (BMI) works out to 26, which is falls in the slightly overweight range. So, it would be ideal if you can lose a few pounds.

However, rapid loss of weight (like 19 pounds in one month) is unhealthy and can lead to medical complications. Secondly, it is not advisable to try weight loss pills at such a young age, since they may have potential side effects on your growth and development.

So, I would advise you to stick to diet control and regular physical exercise, and not try any drastic or unhealthy weight loss methods.
