How Can I Overcome My Knee Pain And Anxiety ?

Dr my pleasure to write to u my age: 42 years Height : 5ft & 11inches( weight : 92 kgs medical history: nothing big in medical history all health was well before now from age of 40 developing left knee problem and swelling at knee joint , difficulty in sitting down, also right leg (steering foot) at feet ankle devolped pin point strain which goes and resumes again taken physiotherapy since last two months but nothing far better improvement last and third point to say that i am feeling as heavy pressure has build up in brain and makes me feel i can have some brain problems, my excersise is little, my regular travelling is about 0200hrs at my working place, i have to do shift duties some days late night sleeping due to night shift made me regular late night sleeper, watching of TV & computer opertation is about 07 to 15hrs a day as it is my routine shift duty work, also lunch intake varies from 1000am to 1600 pm and dinner round about at 0800 pm to 0900pm. i left my drinking habbits since last two years Dr. Pl help me in overcoming my brain problem and with problem of developing leg problems if u need some additional information i ill be adding same. thanking you,

Yes. I believe your lifestyle is causing you a lot of stress. You don't seem to be getting enough rest. You must take a break every once in a while. Maintain your rest time with deep breathing exercises, meditation. You can do Pranayam in the mornings. Stop eating junk and fried food. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables as they are rich in antioxidants. Drink plenty of water as they help to rejuvenate you. Find 40 minutes in your busy schedule to do fast walking everyday and it will help you tremendously. If your job is causing you lot of problem you may request change in timings. Kindly follow these approaches and you should be fine. Relax.
