How Can I Stop Watery Motion Of Medicine 1year Old Kid?

hello sir i have 1 year son and he has loose waterly motion from last 5 days 10 or 12 time in a day he is also admit in hospital but no change can be found doctor gave him Zincat syrup from last 5 days but no change i also gave him yougart but waterly motion is not stop pleas advise good medicen for him

hello mam. i read your question and your child is probably having viral infection which is causing diarrhea... it should be diagnosed by complete blood test and fecal obt and culture if need usg of abdomen... the zincat syrup is used to heal the epithelium of stomach which is sloughed by diarrhea ..
best treat for this kind of disease is maintain the hydration of patient by oral ( if cant possible iv). drugs like mefinamic acid which dec the intestinal motility and helps a little by blood clotting if fecal occult blood is positive.its better to keep the child in hospital bcoz they are easily dehydrated than any other age group, which is an urgent condition for iv fluids.
please dont worry for your child he will be normal with in one more wk . bcoz viral diarrhea takes around 7 days to 10 days to get subsided.
