How Can I Treat Headaches, Dizziness And Cold Sensation In Skull?

Please could I have some advice on a neck problem? For a few weeks now I ve been having horrid headaches and dizziness but more noticeable is an odd and painful wet/cold sensation at the base of my skull/ very top of my neck. I ve tried painkillers for a while hoping that d do the trick but no luck and the pain is getting gradually worse. I have had a motorbike crash before and was kept in hospital a while after dislocating my C1 vertebrae a few years ago and I also have ehlers danlos syndrome though I don t know if either are contributing to the current problem. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you

Hello,

In my opinion, occipital neuralgia should be considered and evaluated further. Since drugs are not working, perimeural injections, or Botox injections may help with your symptoms. Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
